S rozvojem pr\u016fmyslov\u00e9 revoluce na konci 19. stolet\u00ed za\u010daly vznikat prvn\u00ed kasina a herny pod p\u0159\u00edsn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed regulac\u00ed st\u00e1tn\u00edch \u00fa\u0159ad\u016f.
